Public Domain and other Sources of Resources that are free for educators:

Free Media: Great sites for images, music and sounds for your WebQuests, Powerpoint presentations and video productions.
Most require only that attribution be given to the originator. Check each site for conditions of use.

Photl: The owner and distributor of a large collection of exclusive stock photo images. All the images can be downloaded and
used for personal, educational and other non-commercial purposes free of charge

Flickr Free Use: The photos in this group are available for use by anyone. There is no need to give credit.
These images are posted by their creators who grant permission to use freely.

ClipArt Etc: Quality educational clipart. Every item comes with a choice of image size and format as
well as complete source information for proper citations in school projects.

Pics4Learning: A safe, free image library for education. Teachers and students can use the photos and images for
classrooms, multimedia projects, web sites, videos, portfolios, or any other project in an educational setting.

Public Domain Images: Copyright friendly free images. Not copyrighted, no rights reserved.
All pictures on this site are explicitly placed in the public domain, free for any personal or commercial use.

Public Domain Pictures: A repository for free public domain images.
You can download high quality photos or upload your own pictures. Not suitable for commercial use.
